At Eventura 360, we strive for the highest quality. Since our products (e.g. Video Booth signage and graphics) are made according to your precise instructions and customized to your personal requirements, in accordance with Article 43 of the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), withdrawal from the contract and returns of such products are not possible.

Complaints are accepted only in the following cases:

  -Damage to the product during transport

  -Defects in materials or technical malfunctions that did not occur due to user fault

Please carefully review all personalization details before confirming your order.

Withdrawal from the Contract for Digital Products: For digital content purchased from us (e.g. planners in PDF format, digital templates) that is not delivered on a physical medium, the customer expressly agrees to the commencement of contract performance and confirms that they thereby lose the right to withdraw from the contract. As this is content that cannot be returned after download, refunds for digital products are not possible.

 


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused or unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. For any questions regarding returns, you can always contact us at info@eventura360.net .

 

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (such as special or personalized orders), and personal care items (such as cosmetic products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about your item, please contact us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you have purchased and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period (EU): For online purchase cancellations and returns for any reason, you are entitled to a 14-day “cooling-off period.” Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds: We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
