Shipping Policy – Eventura 360
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. We strive to ensure that your products (including personalized items) are ready as quickly as possible. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery Times and Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We use reliable delivery services (e.g. GLS, DHL, Pošta Slovenije).

- Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days.
- Shipping cost: €4.90.

Germany and Austria:
- Estimated delivery time: 5–9 business days.
- Shipping cost: €15.00.

Other EU countries:
- Estimated delivery time: 7–12 business days.
- Shipping cost: €15.00.
3. Package Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to check the status and location of your package at any time.
4. Damage During Transport
If you notice that the package is damaged upon delivery, please inform the courier immediately and request that a damage report be filed. Then contact us within 24 hours via our email address and include photos of the damaged packaging and product so that we can arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
5. Personalized Products
Please note that delivery times for custom-made products are fixed (3–5 days for SLO / 5–9 days for DE/AT), as we require time to produce your order with the highest quality.
